  • Run in-depth financial analysis on all potential sites

Guide client through Letter of Intent and contract phases

  • Help negotiate the most advantageous terms for the purchaser

  • Advise client on all business points contained in contract

  • Work with client during the due diligence period to help uncover and solve any outstanding issues

Closing

  • Lead client through the closing and funding process

  • Assist in an advisory role after closing
