Guide client through Letter of Intent and contract phases
Help negotiate the most advantageous terms for the purchaser
Advise client on all business points contained in contract
Work with client during the due diligence period to help uncover and solve any outstanding issues
Closing
Lead client through the closing and funding process
Assist in an advisory role after closing
