Barret Espe joined mcalister real estate in 2020 and handles brokerage services in Central Texas for the company. He will also be responsible for the Central Texas brokerage team. Prior to joining mcalister real estate, Espe was a broker focusing on landlord, tenant, seller and buyer representation for local and national clients, including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Bahama Buck’s, H-E-B Shopping Center Development, Fred Loya Insurance and many others. Prior to his brokerage experience, Espe was Vice President of Research at RESOLUT RE (formerly Retail Solutions).

Espe graduated with a B.A. in Business Management from St. Edward’s University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR).
