Michael provides consulting services for all pre-acquisition due diligence and post closing entitlement activities for the Funds. As such, his knowledge of homebuyer and developer tendencies is critical to the property selection process at Rockspring. Prior to providing services to the Company, he served as Vice President at Todd Land Company, a long time residential development company in the Houston metro area, where he was responsible for the acquisition, financing and development of six residential communities. Prior to that, Michael was one of the youngest Area Managers for Royce Homes, where he managed sales, marketing and construction activities in 12 separate communities throughout Houston. Michael holds a BS in Environmental Management from the University of Houston Clear Lake.
