With more than 20 years of experience in commercial and large tract residential real estate brokerage, Jim specializes in the purchase and sale of investment properties for private investors. He is responsible for underwriting and managing multi-million dollar transactions in all areas of the listing, marketing, and sales process. Jim has brokered over $500 million in real estate transactions. 

Since 1993, Jim has been both President and a broker for McAlister Real Estate. Prior to that, he was a commercial broker at CB Richard Ellis from 1986 to 1993. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Texas.
